Job Overview
Expertia AI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time position in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in data visualization, deep learning, and Python (Mandatory skill). As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive predictive analytics initiatives and contribute to our innovative HR Tech solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape our talent discovery technologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling, with mandatory experience in developing production-ready code. (Mandatory skill)
- Extensive experience in data visualization techniques to elucidate complex data insights and support strategic decision-making. (Mandatory skill)
- Robust knowledge of deep learning frameworks to develop innovative predictive models and enhance machine learning pipelines. (Mandatory skill)
- Hands-on experience with R for statistical computing and graphics, essential for comprehensive data interrogation.
- Strong expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation, critical for integrating and analyzing large datasets.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms to effectively analyze trends and forecast organizational needs.
- Proficient in utilizing TensorFlow to build and deploy scalable AI models, enhancing the functionality of our tech solutions.
- Experience with PyTorch to optimize and train deep learning models, facilitating the evolution of our talent analytic tools.
