We are looking for highly motivated and driven sales associates for multiple domestic and global sales vacancies at Expertia AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify business leads looking for HR tech solutions.
• Give product demos and educate the customer about the platform's features and pricing.
• Send commercial proposals, capturing the prospects business needs.
• Respond to customer queries via mail, chat, or phone within TAT.
• Maintain a great relationship with clients with an attitude to help.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and target reports in CRM.
• have the knack of identifying decision-makers at various levels.
• understanding of the human resource function.
• ability to summarize conversations and close deals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in the HR tech space
• proven track record of target achievement
• Superior communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
