We are seeking a Senior Admissions Counselor to join our Hyderabad office. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process and providing excellent counseling to prospective students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Admissions Process Management (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing admissions processes from application to enrollment for international education institutions.
• Admissions Counseling (Mandatory skill): Expertise in offering credible and authentic counseling to students aiming to study abroad.
• Student Recruitment: Demonstrated ability to attract and enroll students in various educational programs.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights and improve admissions strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Skill in managing relationships with students and educational partners using CRM software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel students and liaise with educational partners.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve student issues and admission challenges.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior admissions counselors effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process for students applying to study abroad.
• Provide expert counseling to prospective students and their families about educational opportunities in Australia, Canada, the US, and the UK.
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Analyze data and trends to optimize admissions processes and strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with educational partners and students through effective use of CRM systems.
• Communicate regularly with students and educational institutions to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Resolve any issues or challenges faced by students during their application and enrollment process.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior admissions counselors, providing guidance and support as needed.
