Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Front Desk Officer for our Hyderabad office. This is a full-time position, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the company, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they step in
- Manage the front desk by directing visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Keep track of visitor logs and manage scheduling for meeting rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle inquiries regarding company services and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
