Job Title: Splunk Engineer

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune - Hybrid role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all IT Service Components are monitored
• Work independently to develop Splunk dashboards/Monitoring solutions on high level user requirements
• Work with project teams and other internal stakeholders to define monitoring requirements & identify gaps in existing monitoring.
• Enable adequate observability by leveraging collaboration between with Application teams, IT Functions, and IT Business Partners.
• Assisting in the development of the overall project plans and timetables, analysis, and identification of intermediate deliverables

• YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
• 5+ Years of solid hands-on experience working in Splunk development and administration
• Experience in writing complex SPL queries for dashboard development
• 3+ Years of Python, Java script experience is required
• Proficiency in performing research and analysis with in timeline and deliver the tasks.
• Good working knowledge of any one of the Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS,GCP)
• Experience in CICD and automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and learning abilities
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

• Understanding of contemporary trends like DevOps, AIOPS, and Predictive Analytics
• ServiceNow Event Management experience
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Splunk advance level certifications (Architect)
