Position: Product Owner – Salesforce

Client: Aspire Systems

Location: Mumbai (Remote allowed, with in-office onboarding)

Duration: 6-month contract

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce development, with managerial or lead experience after.

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Experience in Agile projects and understanding of business needs to translate into IT solutions.

Exposure to greenfield/brownfield Salesforce projects and application integration is a plus.

Ability to work in the Europe (Paris) time zone.

Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English).

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end delivery: Collect requirements, convert into user stories, and create documentation (sprints, testing, release, etc.).

Coordinate with business BPOs and the Digital & Data team to execute projects.

Training: Conduct training sessions for new features as needed.

Track KPIs and provide updates as agreed.

Lead Salesforce Governance meetings.
