- Should be 4 to 6 yrs of experience in Performance Testing.
- Must have experienced with both API & Web performance testing
- Well versed with performance testing tools Jmeter(Preferably)/K6/Load runner.
- Good exposure to Database and DB monitoring process in terms performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Should have good experience in Performance testing setup and configuration, including environment setup, scripting and execution.
- Attitude/Behavior check - He encountered attitude issues of few candidates who are even arguing or disagreeing during interviews.
