Job Title: Oracle EBS – Developer

Location: Offshore (6 Months Extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects for Oracle ERP, covering a variety of EBS standard and custom modules.
• Design and develop technical solutions to user requirements, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions/Enhancements using APIs.
• Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control (GitHub/Gitlab, etc.), testing, and migration standards.
• Code, unit test, implement, and support enterprise application solutions, focusing on best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
• Use analytics skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Work with the Product Manager to understand requirements, receive guidelines for coding and testing standards, identify source data, and perform code reviews.
• Develop strong working relationships with other teams, ensuring effective teamwork.
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues or delays that may impact deadlines as early as possible.
• Work in Agile Scrum/Kanban fashion as needed by the project(s).
• Quickly adapt to new technologies/skills to contribute towards EBS upgrades and/or implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 4 to 5 years in the design and deployment of enterprise applications through project life cycles.
• 2 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications implementation or support.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite tailored for manufacturing environments, leveraging Oracle Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules.
• Ability to deliver projects on time from concept through deployment.
• Successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal/external contacts.
• Strong personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement within the scope of responsibilities.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and database schema.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
