Job Description:

We are seeking a Functional Testing Specialist with experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with tools like Oracle FIC/ICM, Varicent, or SAP Commissions Cloud and a strong understanding of sales compensation processes including commissions, quotas, and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing (sanity, regression, SIT, UAT) for ICM systems.
• Validate processes such as commissions, draws, guarantees, slope & accelerators, and quotas/targets.
• Work with SQL, Postman, FileZilla, WinScp.
• Develop test cases, strategies, and document defects.
• Collaborate with teams on test planning and execution.

Requirements:

• ICM experience (Oracle FIC/ICM, Varicent, SAP Commissions Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of sales incentives and compensation plans.
• Experience with SQL, testing tools, and functional testing.
• Familiarity with STLC, SDLC, and test planning.
