Roles and Responsibilities of OneStream / OCP Consultant

Solution Design & Implementation:

· Lead end-to-end OneStream EPM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

· Gather business requirements and translate them into functional OneStream solutions.

· Design and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and business rules in OneStream.

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

· Implement and optimize financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in OneStream.

· Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards.

· Develop custom reports and dashboards for real-time financial insights.

Integration & Data Management:

· Manage data integration between OneStream and ERP/GL systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).

· Ensure data validation, accuracy, and reconciliation for financial reporting.

· Troubleshoot and resolve data transformation and integration issues.

User Training & Support:

· Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

· Troubleshoot and resolve OneStream application and performance issues.

· Work with finance, IT, and external teams for system enhancements and upgrades.

Governance & Continuous Improvement:

· Ensure system security, compliance, and governance in financial reporting.

· Stay updated on OneStream new features, releases, and best practices.

· Optimize performance tuning and automation for improved financial processes.
