1.    Support Cloud NetApp on AWS - ONTAP (Former solution - CFS - Fileshare service

2.    Support experience on AWS Infrastructure services (VM, S3, Network, Database, etc)

3.    Creating documentation on best practices

4.    Excellent communication skills

5.    Open to learning new technologies

6.    AWS VDI support experience - good to have

Required Core Skills:

-Experience in handling the AWS infrastructure changes is a must -Proven experience in managing the end-to-end release and change management -Experience in Risk planning and Experience in VM, S3, Network, Database, etc)
