Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tableau Developer for our Bangalore Urban location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a maximum of 6 years of experience. The suitable candidate will exhibit a strong skill set in Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake, contributing strategically to our projects. The role demands keen expertise in data visualization and an ability to craft insightful dashboards and reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to deliver insightful, user-friendly data visualizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and aggregate data from Snowflake.
• Modify existing Snowflake tables and create new tables to accommodate evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks.
• Optimize query performance within Snowflake to handle large data sets efficiently.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and maintain smooth data workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Tableau and Snowflake.
• Provide recommendations on data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
• Support and maintain existing dashboards, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Experience & Skilla

• 2-6 Years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related field. • Expertise in Tableau (dashboard creation, data blending, LOD calculations, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake (query writing, table creation, performance tuning, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or DataRail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and basic data warehousing concepts.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
