• Knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel industry trends
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using travel reservation systems and MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
