Position: Business Development Executive/Manager (US staffing)

• Location:-Lucknow (work from Office)
• Shift hours:- US Shift(night)

"Excelon Solutions Pvt Ltd" is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager, New business generation, and business development, in the Staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

 Roles and Responsibilities:-

•   Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients
•     Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.

   Understand the requirements and Clients' needs.

•     Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.

·    Orient the Candidates on the Interview process and Closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience Candidate working on C2C/W2/ or direct clients.
• ·    Candidates from BPO/ International calling backgrounds can also apply.
• ·    Possesses Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
• ·    Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• ·    Must be confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

✅ Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in US staffing as BDE(Tier 1).
