Master Data Management(MDM) Senior Consultant

Role Summary:

Sunlife is recruiting a Master Data Management(MDM) Senior Consultant who will be joining a team of highly skilled technical professionals who focus on delivering solutions to the various business areas within Sun Life Financial.

Essential Skills:         

·        4-10 years of Enterprise Data Management experience, minimum of 4 years in a Data Governance Analyst or Lead role in a formal Data Governance program. Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Business / Data Analyst role.

·        Sound understanding of Data Management (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Reference/Master Data Management)

·        Hands on experience on any data governance tool preferably Collibra or Informatica 360 on Building Asset Model, Data Catalogue/Dictionary, Business Glossary, Policies/Standards, Workflows)

·        Experience in developing a Data Governance operating model where none exists today, or assessing and improving on an existing Data Governance operating model.

·        Extensive expertise in the data management and architecture areas including but not limited to Data modelling, Data lineage & Meta data, Ingestion, Pseudonymization, Encryption etc.

·        Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of data lineage and solutions

·        Conduct sessions with business / technical development team / data stewards to clearly document Data Governance and metadata requirements.

·        The candidates may be asked to cross-train and work on more than one tool
