The instructional designer will develop interactive lesson plans, technically advanced web based modules and engaging virtual classrooms for all business units.  

·     Developing a collection of assets and templates

·     Ensuring project work such as code and graphics are checked in on a daily basis

·     Participate frequently in brainstorming sessions with team and working groups

·     Develop highly detailed WBT storyboards and ILT design layouts

·     Creating Videos

Need to have

·     Adobe Storyline- Mandatory

·     Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) – Mandatory

·     Articulate storyline

·     Photoshop or Illustrator

·     Snag-it

·     Camtasia

·     Premier Pro

·     Adobe After Effects

·     iClone

·     SimWriter

·     VideoScribe/Powtoon or other quick-hit video technologies

The curriculum designer must also have a good working knowledge of design methodologies and how to incorporate them effectively into a blended modality program.
