Position: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant and Project Coordinator

Experience Summary: 

·      10+ Years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant and Project Coordinator. 

·      Strong Communication and Requirement Gathering Skills. 

·      Ability to do gap fit Analysis and provide suggestion on the design. 

·      Extensive experience in upgrading Dynamics 365 CE from on-premises to online environments, including data migration and system deployment. 

·      Experience of working with complex integrations. 

·      Proven track record of leading and managing Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. 

·      Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Operations.

·      Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. 

·      Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment

·      Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI)

·      Proficient in using Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven insights and natural language processing

·      Skilled in Azure services integration and ensuring data security and compliance

·      Experienced in complex data migrations to Dynamics 365 CE

·      Strong UX design and customization skills, including custom plugins and workflows

·      Knowledgeable in Agile project management and effective stakeholder management

·      Capable of delivering end-user training and leading change management initiatives

·      Industry-specific experience in tailoring Dynamics 365 CE solutions
