1. Role :-
a. Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions of the unit.
b. Responsible for the implementation of Human Resource policies in the unit.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:-
a. Primary :-
(i) Cost: Responsible to maintain the Human Resource cost. Overall cost should be under the control and maintain within the Budgeted cost.
(ii) Payroll: Responsible for overall monthly payroll processing and compliance of the unit.
(iii) Hiring cost: To manage all costs incurred in hiring a person including vendor, job portal, campus, referral, travel costs, Annex cost etc.
(iv) Appraisal: To maintain the required labor registers pertaining to the unit. Responsible to initiate the Performance appraisal in the unit.
(a) Talent acquisition: Responsible for the overall recruitment and selection process of the unit based on the arising vacancies. Monitor and control the manpower actuals with the budget.
(b) Attrition: Monitoring attrition and reasons for exit. Conducting exit interviews. Implement strategies to reduce the attrition of the unit.
(c) Employee Welfare: Responsible to maintain the required standards in staff cafeteria also be implementing the revised menu time to time, staff accommodation, staff transport.
(d) Employee Grievance: Attending departmental meetings, addressing and resolving employee grievance pertaining to the job and job related and counselling of staffs.
b. Secondary:
(a) Generalist: Responsible for overall functions like manpower planning, manpower budget, attending inquiry, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions & action plans.
(b) Employee Engagement: Conducting monthly GM’s address, new hire meetings, listening/skip level sessions, staff welfare / Cafeteria committees meeting as per calendar.
(c) Reward & Recognition: Implementation of Reward & Recognition programs – monthly awards, individual, team, appreciation etc.
(d) Product Knowledge: Should have thorough knowledge of Resort & Operations.
(e) Liaison: Liaison with PF/ESIC/Labor department/Hospitals. Frequent meeting with them.

(i) Knowledge: Should have ample knowledge in Human Resource process with experience.
(ii) Grievance: Should be people centric and the queries / grievances received shall be attended at any time.
(iii) Processes: Implement & monitor processes.
(iv) Recognition: Shall be unbiased and b e observant to identify potential in the team, groom, train and mentor them to take up higher roles.
(v) Extra mile: Willingness to walk that extra mile wherever necessary.
(vi) Punctuality: On-time for work. Efficient in time-management.
(vii) Approach to Work: Positive, motivate, assertive, enthusiastic, attention to detail, practical intelligence.
