We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Evolve Back, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Administer employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and generate relevant reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s &/or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
