Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in hotel sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue through effective promotion and selling of our hotel's services, amenities, and accommodations. The Sales Executive will actively seek out and engage potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships, ultimately increasing occupancy rates and revenue for the hotel.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate revenue for the Properties.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking out new business opportunities.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

4. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the Properties features, amenities, and services.

5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

6. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

9. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the Properties reach and visibility.

10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after their stay to foster loyalty and repeat business.



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in hotel sales or a related industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the job.
