Position Overview


As a Business Development Manager - IT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our IT solutions and services division. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end sales process. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify market trends, understand customer pain points, and articulate how our IT solutions can address their unique challenges.



Roles and Responsibilities:

●Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for business closures.

●Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

●Researching about the organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

●Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

●Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

●Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

● Developing quotations and proposals for clients.

●Identifying and Establishing the goals and strategies for the business development team.

● Training the business development team and helping them develop relevant skills and knowledge.

●Ensuring the company and team goals are met timely as per the benchmarks.


 


Profile Requirements:

 

●Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

●Proficiency in bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, and others.

●Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

●Strong communication skills.

●Ability to manage complex projects and ability to multitask.

●Excellent organizational skills.

●Knowledge of Information Technology background.
