Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,interviewing,and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Compose job offer letters and Implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee
  • engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate the goal-setting process.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting for HR-related expenses.
  • Arranging Campus drive , Co-ordinating with TPOs.
