ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES;

v Received and pays out money per member’s request.

v Handles branch cash vault duties including:

·        Prepare outgoing shipments, verify incoming shipments to amount requested. Prepare documentation of currency movement(i.e., Brinks log, accounting entries, mutilated and contaminated currency etc..)

·        Facilitate cash transfers between teers and vault.

·        Process currency and coin orders per members request.

·        Verifies cheque and cash, examines documents for essential elements.

·        Enters members transaction into the teller system and provides receipts.

·        Revies and provide system overrides on other teller transaction, when needed.

·        Reviews member account in order to make appropriate decisions.

·        Balances cash drawer daily.

·        Provides assistance to members in person and on the phone.

·        Follows the banks security guidelines on a daily basis.

·        May perform other duties such as balancing the cash dispenser settling the ATM, ordering supplies, settling internal bank accounts, balancing the branch, etc.
