Responsibilities: Outbound Calls, Recruitment Calls, Support, and Answering Queries

• Outbound Calls and Answering Inquiries

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on their requests.

• Provide information about products and services; record details of complaints; "motivate" clients to take orders and start services again.

• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions, as well as details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

• Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
