Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Associate. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Rourkela, Odisha, India. This role is a hybrid and part-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
  • Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies and products is a plus
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and hybrid work arrangements
  • Spoken English & Written is a must.
  • Should know the basics of computer like internet, email and MS-office.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Interact with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and payments
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information
  • Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot product-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets
