Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Associate. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Rourkela, Odisha, India. This role is a hybrid and part-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies and products is a plus
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and hybrid work arrangements
- Spoken English & Written is a must.
- Should know the basics of computer like internet, email and MS-office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and payments
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot product-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service
- Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets
