Job Overview

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services required for our renewable energy projects. This is a full-time position based in Rourkela, Odisha, India, and requires a junior level of experience with 1 to 3 years in purchasing roles. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with government procurement regulations and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and recommend suppliers based on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services, and make recommendations to optimize procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
