Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Manager to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficient production operations. This is a full-time position based in Rourkela, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to optimize production
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process and ensure all operations are running smoothly
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage and train production staff to adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
• Identify and resolve production issues and address any obstacles that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in production processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment
