Job Description:

As an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer at Yoshino Energy, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and ensuring the performance, safety, and efficiency of our electric cycles, lithium-ion battery systems, and solar products. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of product design, development, and manufacturing support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, innovation, and a commitment to environmentally friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Development:

   - Design and develop electric cycles, lithium-ion battery systems, and solar products.

   - Select appropriate components, materials, and technologies to optimize product performance, efficiency, and safety.

2. Circuit and PCB Design:

   - Design electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for control systems in electric cycles, battery management systems, and solar power inverters.

   - Ensure proper functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

3. Battery Management:

   - Develop and implement battery management systems (BMS) for lithium-ion batteries to monitor and control charging, discharging, and cell balancing.

   - Optimize battery performance, longevity, and safety.

4. Power Electronics:

   - Design power electronics components such as motor controllers for electric cycles and inverters for solar products.

   - Ensure efficient energy conversion and management.

5. Quality Control and Testing:

   - Establish and conduct quality control and testing procedures to verify product performance and safety.

   - Identify and resolve issues and defects in products.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

   - Ensure products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as safety and emissions standards.

   - Prepare documentation for certifications and approvals.

8. Sustainability and Energy Efficiency:

   - Contribute to the development of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient products, particularly in the context of solar and electric cycles.

9. Manufacturing Support:

   - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to address production challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.

   - Provide technical support to resolve production-related issues.

10. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

    - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in products, both during the manufacturing process and in the field.

    - Develop maintenance procedures and provide support for product maintenance.

11. Cost Analysis:

    - Analyze and optimize the cost of electrical and electronic components and systems to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.

12. Documentation:

    - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, manuals, and reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in product design and development, especially in the electric cycle, battery, or solar product industry.

- Proficiency in PCB design software, circuit simulation tools, and relevant engineering software.

- Knowledge of battery management systems, power electronics, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost analysis is a plus.
