Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of our renewable energy solutions. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Knowledge of solar and wind power technologies and their applications
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sustainable energy solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Willingness to travel as required

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our renewable energy solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements
- Monitor industry developments and stay updated on regulations, policies, and government incentives related to renewable energy
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team
