We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role
- Knowledge of renewable energy industry and trends
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor market dynamics and identify growth opportunities
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Need to travel outside Rourkela for developing new business i.e. Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha.
