Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts & Store Executive. As an Accounts & Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing both the financial and inventory aspects of our operations. This is a full-time position based in Raurkela, Odisha, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting and inventory management
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and prepare financial reports
- Manage the store inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to accounts and store management
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
