Job analysis: Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them
Recruitment and staffing: Attracting, interviewing and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs.
Onboarding :- Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Including orientation sessions, on-the-job training, mentorship programs, and regular check-ins during their initial few months.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to craft personalized onboarding plans for new employees, considering the unique requirements of their roles.
Administration :-
Ensure proper documentation and updating of employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System-Keka).
Organization and utilization of the workforce: Designing an organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication.
Performance Management :- Implement a comprehensive and fair performance evaluation system that aligns with the organization's goals. Including annual, semi-annual, or quarterly performance reviews, as well as continuous feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate with management to set specific performance goals for each role.
Provide managers with the tools and training they need to conduct performance evaluations effectively, including the provision of constructive feedback and the setting of development goals.
Training and development: Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to meet them
Performance appraisal: Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases and termination of employment
Employee rewards: Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level
Diversity, equity and inclusion: Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination.
Legal Compliance :- Stay current with changes in employment law and ensure organization's compliance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to regulations regarding employee records and data privacy.
