Sales Lifecycle Management

  • Follow existing SOPs and use business information systems to receive and process requests from business development team to create Sales Order Form and Master Services Agreement for prospects.
  • Support business development representative throughout procurement process. May require being primary point of contact for prospect communications.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for inbound supplier due diligence requests from prospects. Requires organizing and assigning work to SMEs, completing responses to business questions, and liaising with Engineering and Information Security teams for technical requests.
  • Execute contract closure processes including facilitation of first- and second-party signatures, completing corporate books and records requirements, updating business information systems with contract characteristics, and updating Sales Pipeline and Renewal Pipeline.
  • Facilitate handoff between business development team and Client Success Team.

Sales Operations

  • Regularly review Sales Pipeline and Renewal Pipeline for data hygiene irregularities, liaise with various team members to correct irregularities, and monitor correctness and completion.
  • Keep updated on feature releases by HubSpot and determine what features can be included in existing workflows to optimize business processes and increase efficiencies.

Business Operations

  • Keep updated on Information Security Program.
  • Work collaboratively with Information Security Team to update policies on a regular cadence.
  • Document SOPs as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of MS Office products.
  • Mastery of workflow diagramming tool.
  • Ability to follow directions and documented procedures exactly as required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter. Proactive.
  • Experience with CRM and Project management tools preferred.
