Job Summary:

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning materials and educational content. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Module Development: Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and curriculum aligned with specific learning objectives and educational standards.
2. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and define training or educational requirements.
3. Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive eLearning modules, videos, presentations, and other educational materials using a variety of tools and technologies.
4. Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices to create effective learning experiences.
5. Content Review: Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
6. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements.
7. Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools, and other technologies to deliver content.
8. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that instructional materials are delivered on time and within budget.
9. Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation related to instructional design processes and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or curriculum development.
• Proficiency with instructional design software, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
