Strategic Product Lead - Mental Health Tech

Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months. If you are a bachelor we will take care of your PG accommodation for the unpaid months.

Competitive salary will be offered from 3rd month. Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.

We are developing a pioneering AI-driven mental healthcare platform revolutionizing therapeutic experiences through intelligent matching, personalized support, and innovative technology. Our mission is to make quality mental healthcare accessible, engaging, and tailored to individual needs.

Core Responsibilities:

- Design subscription tiers and pricing strategies across global markets

- Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning

- Create product roadmap for basic/premium features

- Lead market research and user behavior analysis

- Develop monetization strategies for diverse revenue streams

- Guide platform's competitive positioning

- Optimize user acquisition and retention metrics

Requirements:

- MBA/Master's in Product Management, Business Strategy, or Healthcare Management from Top tier Universities. PhD preferred.

- 5+ years experience in digital health/subscription products preferred 

- Strong background in pricing strategy and competitive analysis

- Experience with AI/AR/VR products preferred

- Healthcare industry knowledge

- Global market understanding
