🔍 QA Engineer (Mental Healthcare Tech) 

Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months. If you are a bachelor we will take care of your PG accommodation for the unpaid months.

Competitive salary will be offered from 3rd month. Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our mental healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing AI-powered applications, AR/VR technologies, and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans for our AI matching algorithms, AR/VR therapy sessions, and wellness tracking features

• Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and accessibility

• Design and implement automated test scripts for continuous integration/deployment pipelines

• Conduct performance testing and optimization for real-time therapy sessions and AR/VR experiences

• Collaborate with developers to identify and track bugs using issue tracking systems

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all testing processes

• Validate integration with wearables and third-party healthcare applications

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications: ISTQB, Automation Testing certifications, Healthcare IT certifications preferred 

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with AR/VR testing methodologies

• Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations

• Experience with API testing and database testing

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare or mental health technology

• Knowledge of AI/ML testing frameworks

• Exposure to HIPAA compliance testing

• Experience with performance testing tools

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
