Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and forward-thinking licensed psychologists to join our groundbreaking mental health technology platform. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our advanced AR/VR platform

- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs

- Collaborate with AI systems to enhance therapeutic matching and interventions

- Participate in interactive wellness programs

- Contribute to the development of our AI-powered therapeutic methodologies

- Track and analyze client progress through advanced mood and wellness tracking

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Psychology (M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology) + M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology preferred
• Ph.D. or Doctoral degree in Psychology (an added advantage)
• Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) or equivalent professional body
• Valid professional certification in clinical psychology
• Valid license to practice psychology in India

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

- Strong interest in technology-enabled mental health solutions

- Comfort with digital health technologies

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and patient-centered approach
