Psychologist - Competitive Intelligence & Quality Assurance Specialist

Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months. If you are a bachelor we will take care of your PG accommodation for the unpaid months.

Competitive salary will be offered from 3rd month. Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Psychologist to lead our competitive intelligence and quality assurance efforts. This critical role will involve comprehensive analysis of competitor mental health services, ensuring our platform maintains the highest standards of psychological care and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth comparative analysis of mental health platforms 

• Evaluate therapeutic methodologies, user experience, and service quality across digital mental health solutions

• Develop comprehensive quality control frameworks for our AI-powered therapy matching system

• Create benchmarking reports on competitor strengths and potential improvement areas

• Provide expert psychological insights to refine our platform's therapeutic approaches

• Collaborate with product development team to integrate best practices and innovative care strategies

• Assess the effectiveness of AR/VR therapeutic interventions

• Contribute to the development of our proprietary therapeutic methodologies

Qualifications:

• MPhil or PhD in Psychology

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

• Registered Clinical Psychologist with valid Licenses 

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent understanding of digital mental health technologies

• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing

• Advanced knowledge of psychological assessment methodologies

Required Licenses:

• Valid registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)

• Active clinical psychology license

Educational Requirements:

• PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology preferred

• Additional certifications in digital mental health interventions are advantageous

Salary Range: ₹12-20LPA
