Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed psychologists to join our growing team of mental health professionals. As a psychologist, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, helping them navigate various mental health challenges while working remotely from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online therapy sessions with clients across different age groups

- Perform psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

- Provide evidence-based interventions for various mental health conditions

- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes

- Participate in case consultations with the clinical team

- Engage in continuous professional development activities

- Contribute to developing therapeutic content and resources

- Support crisis intervention when needed

Required Qualifications:

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI recognized institution

- Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience

- Fluency in English and at least 2 regional Indian languages mandatory, fluency in other foreign languages is a plus

- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and interventions

- Experience in online therapy delivery

- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches

- Experience with diverse cultural populations

- Knowledge of trauma-informed care

- Crisis intervention experience

- Multilingual capabilities

Salary Range:

2 months unpaid role

From 3rd month

- Full-time: Upto 10LPA (based on experience and qualifications)

- Part-time: ₹600 - ₹1,500 per session depending on the cases you deal with (minimum 10 sessions per week)
