🏥 Healthcare Compliance Specialist

Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months. If you are a bachelor we will take care of your PG accommodation for the unpaid months.

Competitive salary will be offered from 3rd month. Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.

We are developing a groundbreaking AI-driven mental healthcare platform revolutionizing how individuals access and receive therapeutic support through intelligent matching, personalized experiences, and innovative treatment delivery methods. 

🌟 About the Role:

We're looking for a Healthcare Compliance Specialist to ensure our mental health platform meets all regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain compliance programs for our AI-driven mental healthcare platform

- Monitor regulatory changes in digital health, telemedicine, and mental healthcare across India, USA, UK, and Europe

- Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant healthcare data privacy compliance

- Create and maintain compliance documentation and training materials

- Collaborate with tech teams to implement compliance requirements in our AR/VR therapy platform

- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Law, or related field is mandatory

- 4+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in digital health or telemedicine

- Strong knowledge of Indian healthcare regulations and international healthcare compliance standards

- Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations

- Understanding of mental healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Healthcare compliance certifications (CHC, CHPC, or equivalent)

- Experience with AI/ML healthcare applications

- Knowledge of telemedicine regulations across multiple countries

- Background in mental healthcare services

- Experience with startup environments

💰 Compensation:

- Base Salary Upto 20LPA
