Fundraising & partnerships Manager - AI-Driven Mental Healthcare Platform

Location: India (remote)

Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives and secure capital to support our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners

- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors and key stakeholders

- Create compelling pitch decks and investment materials highlighting our $500M annual revenue potential

- Organize and lead investor presentations and networking events

- Track and analyze fundraising metrics and prepare reports for senior management

- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine business plans and financial projections

- Research and identify potential funding sources across Asia, Europe, USA, and UK

- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal teams during investment rounds

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field from top tier universities preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking

- Proven track record of successful fundraising in the healthcare/technology sector

- Strong understanding of mental healthcare industry and digital health startups

- Experience in dealing with international investors and cross-border transactions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

- Deep understanding of startup valuations and term sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications in finance or investment management

- Experience with healthcare technology or SaaS business models

- Network of established connections in the venture capital community

- Knowledge of AI, AR/VR, and emerging technologies in healthcare

Salary Range:

- Upto 20LPA(Base) after successful fundraise

- Additional performance-based bonus up to 30% of base salary
