Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone & email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Role Purpose:
• Open to work in rotating shifts which includes night shifts in a 24x7 work environment.
• Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies
• Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of customers case
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 6 years' of relevant work experience in Email and voice inbound process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore
