You will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks, such as managing event calendars, briefing staff, coordinating and assisting in organizing events. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and physical upkeep, including managing HK staff, inspecting facilities, and addressing any maintenance issues that arise.
The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. effective communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring premises are well-maintained and presentable.
Requirements
· Proven experience in facility management / soft services / managing HK staff
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance.
· Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Knowledge of chemical usages, health and safety regulations and best practices.
