Profile:
Age between 25 to 35 years.
Should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing or MBA with minimum of 3 year experience in Sales/Marketing, Direct sales, Insurance, Banking, Real estate, Pharma etc.
Should have two wheeler with valid DL
Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company.
Should possess good communication / Presentation skills.
Should have min of 2 to 3 years’ experience of Managing a Team HIS / HER ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES:
He is responsible to Manage Team size of 8 to 15.
Should be Disciplinarian and responsible for Team punctuality at all field/office meeting.
He is responsible for Achieving 100% Branch Sales Budgets.
He Need to Maintain 100% Onroll and min of 90% Operative.
He need to Review and update his Team performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
He is accountable for 100% Receivables.
Need to Ensure min of6 Appointment and 3 product Presentations per CSS.
He need to Ensure monthly 60 presentations with his CRC members.
Is responsible to educate and adhere Code of conduct to his Team members He is responsible to Recruit Min of 2 CSS per month thru various recruitment activities.
Must ensure long term relationship with all customer continuously through personal meetings & help them with required services.
He needs to validate all Demo’s /Presentations ( thru live voice) done by Team members on daily basis, he has ensure all his team members visits previous cycle customer for a “Gift-ASmile”.
He is responsible to Train his Team members on field and Role plays – on selling skills / objection handling etc.
Build relationship with Influencers /VIP customers /Corporate / Hospitals, Doctors / society.
