Location: Cochin

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Identify market potential by qualifying clients / recruitment partners
• Initiate outreach process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding client requirements
• Start a relation by building rapport with potential client; explaining organization capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing proposals
• Expands opportunity in existing clients by introducing new services; developing new solutions
• Ensure quality service to clients, while upholding organizational Values at all times
• Enable seamless communication with multiple internal teams to meet the department outcomes successfully
• Maintain data and build actionable reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices;
• Coordinate with learners to ensure that they register for placement opportunities and attend them. 
• Send out communication to the learners, conduct sessions for them on hiring partner expectations, etc

Requirements

• Ability and willing to work in a Goal oriented environment
• Basic understanding of  hiring trends in the industry
• Excellent communication in English language (spoken & written) as well as the region hired for
• Strong presentation skills (online & offline)
• Basic computer skills`
• Proficient with productivity tools such as Office 365 and others
• Laptop, Smartphone with Android 9.0 and above or iOS 14.0 and above
• Must be willing to relocate for one month to Bangalore for training purposes
