 Are you looking for a flexible and remote entry-level position in data entry? We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, ensuring that all data is entered efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering data into various computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
  • Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity
  • Maintaining accurate records of all data entries
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
  • Identifying and correcting errors in data entry
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in data entry is an asset, but not required
