Designation/ Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: Full time

Client name: Kintetsu World Express (India) Pvt Ltd

Job Description:                          

• Booking and Maintenance of the company’s accounting books.

• Invoice Management (review, preparation of internal Payment Request Forms and Approval process.)

• Vendor Management (Communicating with the vendors about invoice issues, payments, etc.)

• Reporting of Financial Results to KGIT-Dallas (Acct)

• Quarterly Reviews / Annual Audit

• Preparation of Tax Payments (PF, ESIC, PT, Advanced Tax, TDS Payroll, TDS Vendors)

• Communication with Accounting Firms / Tax Consultants

• Organization of Accounting Records

• Credit Card Management

Skills Required:

  Experience in MS Office, Excel (Proficient communication is mandatory)

Experience (Min ~ Max):

Candidate to have a previous managerial and at least 10 years of experience

Education Required:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration
