Salary :- 2LPA to 4LPA + Attractive Incentives ( Decent Hike on current CTC)

Office Timings:- 10:00am to 6:30pm

Office Addrees:- 2nd floor C-19, Sector 2 Near Nirula's Hotel, Noida- 201301

Roles & Responsibilities:-

·        Responsible for generating sales.

·        Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.

·        Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.

·        Contacting  customers  and  understanding their requirements  i.e., budget, facilities that they would  require

·        Set up  meetings with  potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

·        Collaborate with team to achieve better results

·        To gauge what a prospect customer really wants  and act accordingly

·        Maintaining excellent relationships with client.

·        Actively  seek  out new sales opportunities  through cold  calling,  networking  and social media

·        Fast learner and passion for sales

·        Must have Real Estate experience

·        Willing to work in rotational offs and should be comfortable with a pure outbound calling process
