Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
