Position: Sales and business development manager (Street Light)
Location: Raipur, Indore, Orissa & Ahmedabad
Experience: min 5years of exp in sales, Prior exp in government projects and must be from street light pole industrial background
Salary: negotiable

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private sector clients and government entities.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government departments, contractors, and private sector firms.
· Act as the primary point of contact for government liaisoning activities, including tender submissions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
· Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
· Liaise with government officials, departments, and agencies to facilitate approvals, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Ensure timely submission of tenders, proposals, and documentation to relevant government bodies.
· Stay informed about government policies, projects, and procurement processes relevant to the iron industry.
· Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the management team
